If you haven’t had a chance to do the Enlightenment Charts, you will not even believe how powerful they are to helping you get concrete and tangible ways to get in your core and stay there! We will be giving you powerful tools to get yourself and others out of defense and that is where your life and your work gets really good!
The GRADUATE MASTERY TRAINING PROGRAM will help you get up and running with a successful client practice if that is what you want to do. We will be focusing on advanced use of the profile and chakras assessment tools so that you really know what to do with your clients. This is also totally applicable to use in any aspect of your business, even if you are not planning on working as a practitioner or coach.
The business development aspect of what you will be learning will give you very solid tools to run a client-based practice but can also be used in any business setting. Once we help you get to the underlying foundation of your life purpose (The Big Why) then the business development details are the icing on the cake.
Since we will help you meet your individual goals, even if you are participating for your own continued personal growth, we have you covered there too.
Becoming a Practitioner

The 3 years were totally awesome and transformative! For me, the grad program, due to the smaller class size, allowed me to focus more on myself. Having fewer classmates also means more time with the teachers and Rhys.
Curriculum
The Graduate Mastery Training Program will be meeting during our regular FIVE school weekends so that you will have the feeling and benefit of being in the school, while the other classes are meeting. It’s pretty amazing now that we have the whole school together on the weekends! It’s a powerful and beautiful vibe!

Archetypes
Putting your unique 12 archetypes into the charts will give you detailed information on who you are in every chakra.
Chart Work
The chart work is AMAZING. We will be focusing on chart work in small groups and in the laser calls so you can fill in the complete chart and have this vital information at your fingertips. You will understand everything about the 12 energy centers including:

- Secondary profile in each chakra
- Higher self/lower self qualities
- Most important- Goals to balance each chakra
Business Development

And then we will get down to the nitty-gritty details of how to make your business totally successful or how to share your message and healing in every area of your life.
Client Management and Advanced Assessment Skills
What do you do with your perfect customers once you have them? This is advanced profile and chakra assessment tools that teaches you the practical application of these skills towards actual people.
Homework and Reading
There will be some homework and reading. The homework will be journal style (what’s up for you) and chart work. The reading will focus on Rhys’s new material.

LOVED all three years of the program, but I think that the grad year was the most transformational for me. It allowed me to really take what I had learned in the three years and really implement it. The third year was amazing but I we had a lot of different areas that we were working on and the only area that we worked on in Grad was ourselves. It really allowed everything to settle in.
The intimacy of the small classes kept you hiding in the crowd and we really had to dig in and do the work.
The teachers were incredibly supportive and connecting with my own tribe as well as prior graduates allowed us to create another amazing tribe. I cannot say enough about grad year and don’t know that the continued work I have done would have happened without that experience.. Thank you so much for creating this program!!
