Questions to Consider:

• Do you want to pre-assign break out rooms for your students? If so, please send those lists to Lisa no later than June 15
• Should the groups be named by the TA or Teacher in charge of them? If so, please send those lists to Lisa no later than June 15
• For individual breakouts, we recommend the students contact each other via Facebook Messenger. They will need to aware of time to make sure they return to the room at the appointed time.

Additional Tips:

• Only 1 staff member should log in to zoom. Everyone else should use the same link as the students (ex. https://lifemasterytraining.info/lmt1)
• The staff member can assign other staff members to be co-hosts by clicking on More by their name under Participants.
• The staff member that logs in can rename themselves from Rhys Thomas by also clicking on Rhys Thomas under Participants and then click on More, Rename
